Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Orders within Australia are shipped via standard tracked delivery and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship internationally, including to the United States and other countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Artwork Packaging Every artwork is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We use protective materials suited to the size and medium of each piece.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.
