Refund Policy
All Sales Final Due to the unique and original nature of our artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tartagliaartworks@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging
We will review your claim and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
Commission Orders Custom or commission orders are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they are created specifically for the buyer.
